Kicking typically isn’t an act you see in basketball, but Green has mastered it. If there’s contact on any part of his body, his legs will go up in the air like an inflatable tube man. During Thursday night’s game, his legs reached Kevin Durant’s arm and Russell Westbrook’s face.
He’s had some other well-documented leg flails (like hitting Steven Adams in his manhood), and it obviously has upset the Thunder. But there’s another team remaining that’s upset with Green’s constant kicking — the Cavs.

Per Cleveland.com:
Part of the reason the Cavs are upset with the league taking no action is because of what happened with Dahntay Jones against the Raptors. He inadvertently hit Bismack Biyombo in his manhood (with his hand) and was suspended one game for it.
“[The league’s] not going to do anything, though,” he said.

Green hasn’t missed any playing time as a result of his actions, but he’s close. He’s one flagrant foul or two technicals from a one-game suspension.
